WHEREAS, Springfield Public School District 186 issued a request for qualifications for construction manager services and received five submissions;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education approves O'Shea Builders as construction manager for the building projects at Lanphier High School, Springfield High School, and the new elementary school; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Superintendent is directed to negotiate a contract with O'Shea Builders based on the Facilities Plan budget and timeline.
